    Would like to say a massive thank you to Molly completely understood from the get go what I needed from a plan.
    I sought Mollys help on recommendation for assistance with getting hormones back on track as I I’d had almost a full year of anovulatory and absent periods caused by under fuelling and over training for a prolonged time period. I was unable to eat most carbs without bloating and suffering hypos daily. I was also having binge eating episodes triggered by whacky bloody sugar whenever I tried to either diet or push food to build. I was trapped in limbo!
